Course Description
BIB 201 - Origin of the Bible - Bible Basics: This course will provide an overview of how the Bible was first inspired, canonized, read as sacred literature, copied in ancient Hebrew and Greek manuscripts, and eventually translated into the languages of the world.
BIB 202 - Major Bible Themes - Biblical Themes:
BIB 203 - History of Christianity: This course is organized around thirteen key moments in the history of Christianity, this popular introduction to church history provides contemporary Christians with a fuller understanding of God as he has revealed his purpose through the centuries.
BIB 204 - Christian Education Handbook - Introduction to Christian Education: This course will help guide you in basic Christian education principles in the church. You will receive practical advice for daily administration to help organize educational programs, train volunteers, and teach new Christians.
BIB 205 - Church Administration Handbook - Introduction to Church Administration: This course will help you organize and implement a wide variety of programs---from office administration and finances to special events and new ministries. You will learn newly updated features that emphasize adaptive multi-context management skills and tools; lifelong spiritual formation; a comprehensive mission consciousness; vocational, bivocational, and lay ministers; and leadership competence.
BIB 206 - Introduction to Evangelism: This course traces the essence of evangelism - its history and character - teaching Christians how to preach the Gospel effectively. Using methods built upon biblical, historical, and theological foundations, this exhaustive guide integrates doctrinal issues with practical matters of methodology, while developing the personal spirituality of those who seek to carry out the Great Commission.
